I really enjoyed my first 1-on-1 Pilates class with Sarah! She was great, and I already feel more connected to my body after just one session. It was challenging in the best way, and I’m excited to keep going. Definitely a great first experience!

I'm always happy to go pilates here, the coach was so focus on each of us. Make sure we have the right posture and do it very nice and slow. The place clean too! Been joining this place since February and continue since then 💕

This is my first experience of Pilates, and it was kind and pleasant. Got the basic information from my coach effectively. Thank you very much!
